Lawyers are required to practice law ethically and competently. The Law Society is responsible for regulating the conduct of lawyers and may discipline a lawyer for breach of the Code of Professional Conduct, Legal Profession Act or Law Society Rules. If you have a concern about the conduct of a lawyer, you may make complaint to the Law Society of Yukon.
You may submit a complaint by completing a Complaint Form, or if you prefer, by submitting a letter summarizing your complaint providing the information required on the Complaint Form. You must also provide copies of any documents related to your complaint.
